Fortnite Season 5 Week 5 Challenge: Unearth Gnomes at Fort Crumpet and Pleasant Park

Fortnite’s latest challenges for week 5 of season 5 are now available, and this time, you’ll embark on a quest to locate a group of garden gnomes. Among the gnome-related challenges, the initial one requires you to dig up gnomes from both Fort Crumpet and Pleasant Park. It’s important to note that this challenge is distinct from the one where you collect gnomes from Fort Crumpet and Holly Hedges. You must complete the former before unlocking the latter.

To tackle this challenge, you need to find a total of four gnomes, with two located in Pleasant Park and two at Fort Crumpet. In this guide, we’ll provide you with precise directions to unearth all four gnomes, along with helpful tips to make the task as effortless as possible. Here’s where you can find the gnomes at Fort Crumpet and Pleasant Park in Fortnite.

Gnome Locations

Below, we’ll outline the locations of all four gnomes. Remember that each site hosts two gnomes, and you can dig them up in any order. It’s worth mentioning that these areas are heavily populated due to the challenge, so we highly recommend attempting it as part of a squad. You’ll be grateful for the extra support. Additionally, there seems to be more than one gnome at each location, so you can still dig one up even if someone else has already done so.

(We happened to land near several other players who were also searching for gnomes, but further testing may be required for a definitive conclusion.) Nonetheless, if you head to each spot with your squad, you’ll be just fine. Look for small mounds of dirt as indicators of the gnomes’ presence, then use your pickaxe to uncover them. We’ll provide a map highlighting the gnome locations, as well as in-game screenshots depicting their positions.
